Goddess Tea

This blend allows you to bloom internally with guidance by shatavari, the goddess of increased libido + adaptogenic properties.

 Shatavari is both a general & female reproductive tonic, with steroidal saponins being responsible for the oestrogenic effect. 

Shatavari's sister, rhodiola, is also an adaptogen used as an overall tonic to further ignite your fire within! Combined with cinnamon that replenishes vitality & stimulates energy flow.

 Rose hips are abundant in bioflavonoids & Vitamin C, enhancing immunity.

Ingredient 

Aspalathus linearis (Rooibos), Rhodiola rosea (Rhodiola), Rosa sp. (Rose), Asparagus racemosus (Shativari), Rosa canina (Rosehip), Cinnamomum cassia (Cinnamon) & Citrus sinensis (Orange peel).

Brewing

Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. If spinning with mylk, add a heaped teaspoon to jug or pot. Add 30ml of filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc & a teaspoon of honey if preferred. Allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Add mylk & steam or simmer on stove top until reaching 75ºc. Strain and serve. 

Store in cool place.
